Our Investment Approach
Our core strategy is to engage in equity-based financial investments in privately held companies. While we are sector-agnostic, we specialize in B2C and retail-oriented businesses with excellent teams that share our vision for long-term growth and value creation. We hold minority or majority equity stakes, or perform full buyouts.
Minority Equity
We take minority equity stake positions to support the growth of aspirational companies with exceptional teams, either as an entirely passive investor or by providing advice on an as-needed basis.
Majority Equity
We take majority equity stake positions to drive value through strategic input, operational support, and by being an active partner to owners/founders and management to unlock long-term growth.
Buyouts
We pursue full buyouts of businesses to facilitate founder/owner exits, and to implement restructuring strategies that (re-)position the businesses on its path to growth and operational excellence.
